Why is the delivery left at the entrance and not handed directly to me?

To keep delivery times within one hour, we use a fast drop-off system. This means the courier may leave your order at the entrance instead of handing it to you directly. Once your delivery is completed, you will receive a confirmation email, make sure to check it.

Why is the number of items that can be ordered limited?

QuickDeliver is a service focused on delivering the items you forgot quickly and on time. Ordering too many items would complicate our logistics and slow down the delivery process.

How long does delivery take?

We usually deliver within one hour. If the workload is high, an orange warning will indicate that delivery may take longer.

What are your service hours?

We operate everyday from 09:00 to 13:00 and 14:00 to 19:00 .

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept card payments through Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, etc.).

Do I need an account?

No, but having an account allows automatic form filling

Which areas do you deliver to?

We deliver across Geneva’s left bank: Vésenaz, Cologny, Chêne‑Bougeries, Thônex, Puplinge, Presinge, Choulex, Collonge‑Bellerive, Corsier, Anières, Hermance, Gy, Meinier, Vandoeuvres and Jussy.
